Well the Philippines hasn't been concentrating on downloading since they only concentrate on Piracy of DVD,CD and VCDs so your kinda safe there when downloading and stuff anyway the country has lotsa problem these times so I guess they cant take care of Illegal downloading yet

Well actually in Brazil (i thinki) they don't have Download or Streaming laws... so I can freely donload and Watch my animes and Films.
The ONLY problem are those one that download the anime/film and start selling it freely anywhere... It causes a lot of trouble for us....

The cops just ignore them... is kinda.. stupid...

BAck in the Philippines...

Here, the piracy are sooooooooooooooooooooooooo wicked. Some Movies, Animes, CD Albums, and GAMES (even the XBox360 games) are being pirated. They are even released ahead of schedule. I even bought a PS2 DVD that is Japanese. It's really kinda hard to guess which menu you'll going to enter. Ugly and Stupid

I wish they will stop the ahead of schedule in releasing pirated movies cause they really  spoil the movie.
I was like planning ahead to watch this movie but then before the showing date, people are already talking bout the film. *sigh* xP

Yeah your probably right I bought a naruto shipudden CD and it did'nt work and it has a low quality video it sucks and the vendor probably change places ^_^
