InfoAnimeSeed radio is a internet radio station which plays Anime music 24/7. Currently, there's a beta version of the music voting system located at: http://radio.animeseed.comPeople can vote for their favorite songs every 15 minutes and the songs with the most votes have priority in the next playlist refresh. The playlist refresh happens every 15 minutes from the last refresh. The voting site is open to everyone. The only limit is that every listener can only vote on a song once per hour. Yes, the current transcoder I use seem to have random crashes. I'm trying to find a decent transcoder which can do what I want. If anybody have any recommendations, please say so now.

It allows a person to vote lotsa times... anyway it has a 1 hour gap.
So you mean if the song has most votes it just makes the plalist play it next to the present song in an instant or the song will play later on after a few songs are played???

People can vote for any song once. They'll play when the playlist refreshes every hour roughly at the ten minute mark. 1:10 2:10 3:10 4:10 5:10 6:10

I switched to another Transcoder just now so it'll be a lot more stable. Also, I'll take suggestions for the voting system since I'm pretty sure a 1 hour wait is too long for you guys.
