There are some good things about e dating. Mostly im rather concerned that she/he could be 80 yrs old. but if you meet someone from you school or work there and you become better friends because of that then excellent! But me I would rather do it the old fashioned way, no not prearranged marriage but rather going to school and being social and having good judgment.

e-dating?
i've only seen one successful attempt at e-dating among my friends.

i've voted that it has its good and bads. if it's long distance e-dating, in my opinion, it will not work.

yea. long distance sounds pretty hard though. hard to meet u know. i seen some come out well though dont know how. but /shrug.

Glad to see you've taken such a firm stance on this subject. But for the most part the long distance thing can only work if there is a goal in mind so to speak. If you plan on eventually moving and living together (job, school, ect.) then yes theres a chance. If you just have a long distance girlfriend just so you can tell people "I have girlfriend she just doesn't live around here" then you need to break it off move out of your parents house because your 40 and you should be married with kids by now.

dating is defined as An engagement to go out socially with another person, often out of romantic interest. (according to http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/date)

but if the dating in this poll means having a romantic relationship with someone online, i would say it has its goods and bads. Goods, for it will satisfy your emotional needs. Bads, its hard to have an assurance in a long distance relationship.

but i'm not against such stuffs

as long as you're enjoying what you were doing, go for it!

thank you. it can work but yes there is a fair amount of good and bad and the people have to be patient.
