A second season of FMA!?!?!?!?!?!?
I thought the movie really wrapped everything up... Well guess it's time to watch my favorite amputee again!  I am the bone of my hammer. The forum is my body, and the rules are my blood. It's the second series of FMA. It's mostly unrelated to the first series as it follows the Manga instead.

I can't even go into how happy I am for there to be a second series. If it sticks closer to the manga, I'll finally break down and buy it. The first series did NOTHING for me (maybe because I'm a huge Hagaren manga otaku?).

There's a few that sound interesting: namely Pandora Hearts, Shangri-La (shameless Murata fan, here), Guin Saga (just can't resist the dark fantasys) and Eden of East (by the guy who adapted GITS? Count me in!).
Might pick up Valkyria Chronicles. I'm been interested in the game for a while, but not the PS3 price tag. K-ON might be fun... or moeblob drivel. And, of course, Fullmetal Alchemist 2! So, I'm not particularly excited (Fullmetal notwithstanding), but there's a couple to keep an eye on. Hmm, just started my new season with K-ON. It was moeblob crap. Enjoyable moeblob crap, but all the same...
Basically, it's a SUPA KAWAII highschool slice of life, with predictable but likable characters. And apparently music, but there hasn't been much, aside from the op/ed (which are good, imo), yet. So, Lucky Star with music instead of food and a bearable cast.  Hooray! It wasn't absolute trite! Hey, wait a second.  Th-those eyebrows...   AAAAAAAAHHH!! |
