Well last book completed was Knife of Dreams (Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan) a fantasy which tends to atract people who read the Pendragon series.
Latest... thing I have complated is volume 1 of Suzumiya Haruhi which I read because I am an anime nerd (why else am I here?)
Currently about 1/2 done with The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck but I don't think I have read any of it in a month... must start up on that again.
The Iliad. A classic which all should read at some point.

War & Peace. If you don't know who it's by or what it is then shame on you =P
I also finished House of Many ways by Dianna Wynne Jones around the same time. Now I'm reading Bless Me Ultima by Rudolfo Anaya for class, and The Communist Manifesto by Karm Markx and Friedrich Engels for pleasure.
