@tiptoes, can you get me the link to the alternate copy of number 7 as well please?
@Arekkusu, i was watching this documentary before the 7th book came out and the interviewer asked JK what she planned to do after the release of the final Harry Potter book and she said that she had already started planning a new series but thats all she said~ its tormenting how secretive she is.
Anyway i doubt it'll be as good as the Potter series but I'll still happily read it.

;D
I won't read it, I won't even look at it. Like I said, fan pleasing books. Not interested anymore. She is secretive so that the people wants the book more. Smart way to earn money imo

I agree, wahnoob, at this point she's got a name so popular that almost anything she writes should turn out a hit, at least until a lot of people read it and it sucks. I'm not saying it will, but it's happened plenty of times through literary history. People are wildly popular, so they get comfy, and then they release something that they think is the next work of genius, and everyone hates it. When Gore Vidal pumped out "The City And The Pillar", which was America's first gay novel, no one would print ANYTHING he wrote for the next five years. Everyone was ashamed that such a good author could write such 'filth'.
Rowling runs the risk of doing the same. Not that she'd write anything offensive, I don't think, but that it just won't be good. Not like Potter.

Books 1-5 as good... I read them for about a thousand times now.... 6-7 is the hasty series... And we all agree that 7 is dissapointing.... The movies played a very big part on influecing the book.... And the book became an annex of the movies.... Really, I don't like it... The Philosopher's Stone was the first book that I've read as a hobby, and like you guys, I reserved a copy of it before it came out.....
Really dissapointing....
And oh yeah! Uhmmm, tiptoes? Can I have that fake book 7? I don't mind if its in PDF... Can you just PM me the link?

Already finished reading pages 1- 43... And all I can say is that it is a hell lot different from the original one by JKR.... The style of writing, the words, even the main characters' personalities is different....

Yup I absolutely agree, though I have not finished the fake version, I have finished the one from JKR just to know the difference and it was a lot more different than I thought
