OK heres a little sin build but its not soo good

Dex-60(or below)

It relys on Phreeoni card for accuracy ^^

my sinx build on the rates of 15/15/15 so base lvl is 99 and job is 70.....

1 guys if ure going sonicblow dont need that much dex for to hit anything also u can hit anyone when u have EDP so as long as ure using EDP u can hit anyone and anyclass u want even a sniper having all the AGI gear that he wants on or even a stalker using the AGI gear knowing that they have the most agi out of all classes.... depending on the Players gear depends on how much more dmg u would do...

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that even w/ edp on a sinx can still miss if they dont have enough hit. My sniper at the moment is 99/69 has all flee equips(280+ flee) and i ve seen a lot of edp sinx's tried to sb me and miss quite a lot and yes i know edp was on cuz when sb did connect it did about 2.5k a hit to my sniper

Well ys a Sin X with EDP may miss but with the right equips a Sin can become much more stronger than Sniper with huge flee/perfect doge

So many SinX's I prefer bow Stalkers:

Dex-99
Luk-(Rest of the points)

A Crit bow stalker in my opinion is decent with some Paper Cards and some cards that increase Int. my other Stalker use some skeleton Soldier Cards and points into Agi.

I kinda hate some SNipers with good Dex since they can pwn such sooo many players
