Hey, apparently you can register for free to Megavideo.

Yes.
Membership only gives you some useless stuff.

Instead of waiting 45s on Megaupload you will wait 15s.
Get more space to upload stuff.
Upload videos.

Bla,bla... It does not affect your time limit.
Except if you get a Premium Membership of course.
