Signatures of Epic fail...

I decided i wanted to make my own signatures... but i obviously fail at making them becuase my only previous using of one was three years ago when i took a week training for it.

I made three sigs i am not sure if i want to keep leython's sig or use one of my new ones, whats your opinion? which one do think sucks the least. not to mention that the sizes are probably all wrong...

Out of the three and which one looks the best...

1st- The second one.

2nd- The third one.

3rd- The first one.

I guess the second sig would have to be the better of the three in my opinion.

I think the 2nd one looks best... The other ones look kinda odd with the two different backgrounds in one sig...

Yeah, the second one is the best one for sure, the other ones looks a bit weird with the character's background on a completely different background. Try getting hold of a render, i.e. an image with no background. Check out planetrenders.net for a good amount of free renders.

what you need to learn how to do is to read up on how to use pen tool

with pen tool you can precisely mark out your char and cut him out and then place HIM without the background of the original picture you found him in

what's wrong with yours 1st pic is precisely that, you need to cut out the ugly black background and leave only the character itself

the second one is ok, but would be better if you find some cute char for it

and the 3rd one is the same as the 1st one, you didn't cut out your char and you left red and white background with a black and white backrgound left with the char.....

Comment on Sig 1 & 3: Blue Background is great. Y hide it? Render are not always provided by the maker with transparent background. sometimes it comes in black or white background. Learn how to erase this black or white background so it doesnt hide the blue blackground u have made. The yellow light does not make any sense. Render resolution could be greater. Font does not blend with the render or the background and doesnt fit the style of the sig. Same comment for Sig 3.

Comment on Sig 2: Better than the 1st and 3rd sig. Background is pretty nice. I like the green leaf thing going around. could have better placement but your just starting. Red font and font style. yeaa... it kinda fit with the sig. not to well but it does make some sense.

Keep working at it. Practice makes perfect. I do have tutorials that will teach you how to use basic tools in PS assuming your least using Photoshop CS i do have some big older tutorial for older version of Photoshop but not too much. But if u need help or have questions send me a tell. i'll help you out.

eh? this thread is older than my other one, there the ones i made the first day i got the editing program (i didn't even kno how to make a decent render)
