Read before you ask questions, I don't like to repeat myself.
General Rules- At least four people must commit to participate in order for the contest to take place. If not enough people sign up, that month's contest will simply be skipped.
- The theme will be chosen by the previous contest's winner. If the winner doesn't declare a new theme within three days or is undecided, it will be chosen by the Graphics Club owner (myself) or co-owner (geon02file).
Entry Rules- Must have at least 25 posts to enter (Member rank).
- Max sig size: Forum max 500 x 150
- Time to submit: About 20 days (some might be adjusted depending on certain situations).
- No late entries. Once the submissions thread is locked, it's locked.
- The sig must be made within the time period given to enter. No old sigs allowed.
- If your entry is suspected to be premade, you will be asked to provide a non-flattened PSD file of it.
- The entry can have anything from text to animation (but this doesn't necessarily give you an advantage). If you wish to add your username to it, by all means go ahead. It is encouraged that you do.
Voting Rules
- Must have at least 25 posts to vote (Member rank). Those who entered are allowed to vote.
- Time to vote: 7 days (which leaves about 3 days to decide on a new theme).
- Votes like "It's nice" or "I like that character" don't count. You must have a substantial graphical opinion to go along with your vote for it to count. You must give at least two reasons.
- You're not allowed to vote for yourself. Even if you do, it won't be counted.
- Mods (who can reply to locked threads) cannot vote after a thread is closed.
- These rules, for the most part, are absolute. However, they can be adjusted for a specific situation.
