Google has everything >.< Anyway, I don't think I can be of much help here, I don't know that many anime wallpaper sites. I do suggest you take a look in the wallpapers section of the AnimeSeed gallery, there's not much in there, but hey, it's a start. And if your looking for something specific, I might be able to make it...

Anime planet had more wallpaper resources than google. And findin' one w/ the prefered resolution isn't easy w/ google... ;_;

I usually use animepaper, but these other sites look to have some decent wallpapers. Anime Seeds Gallery has some nice ones as well.

Would have recommended animecubed and animepaper but since you know about it... but what's wrong with google? You can set a specific resolution to filter the result.

Yeah Google does an okay job, but some anime wallpaper sites do have rare wallpapers that google does not show.

Indeed, I just use TheOtaku most of the time, but I don't change my wallpaper that often. You do need to have an account though.
