Well, I only watch anime that revolves around good plot, not always superpowers, it's lame.

erm...

Shounen are the usual superpowered highschooler/middle schooler X off to save the world evil orgnization/force Y in order to either save person Z or find out about their past.

like rave master.

Seinen are aimed at older males. They concentrate on action and sexual tension. Like Darker than Black or Code Geass

Darker Than Black concentrates on action??? Really??? The majority of that anime is talking. (No sexual tension in there.)
A better example of seinen is Gantz.
