This is the place to report anime you deem needs a warning label, has an inaccurate label rating, has inaccuracies in it's content or you would like to contribute to Quality Control.
What you should be looking for when doing Quality Control:
Correct Genre.
Correct Title or name of the Anime.
Correct Episode Number count.
Correct publishing Date.
If the anime is dubbed, make sure there is a label saying so.
