Well plot is certainly a big part of a movie. Awesome characters are always wonderful but I still like a story. Take National Treasure for instance - the plot was pretty weak but the characters were decently written. I enjoyed the movie but not thanks to the plot.
I judge how "good" a movie is on every point of it. Character, character development, conflict, resolution all if any of those areas fail to meet my standards then the movie doesn't get a 5/5. How can something that gets a 5/5 be made better. The proper answer is: "it can't."

MY answer it: "It can". Anything can happen in the story, as it is usually fiction, which makes the plot unreliable. The characters, however, are usually build on a world with rules, so they always do normal things that the plot tells them to. Like National Treasure, there is nothing supernatural, so you can't say that the plot is full of fiction things. Benjamin Franklin Gates is a normal character, so he's nonfiction. If the five elements fail to achieve 5/5, then the overall of the character can give the plot a 6.
National treasure isn't fiction? It's about conspiracies and secret societies and a secret treasure stowed away by the founding fathers. It's fiction. Benjamin Franklin Gates is a normal FICTIONAL character. He doesn't exist. However "normal" he is portrayed.
As far as giving 6/5 to a movie, that's a personal choice. I tend to believe a perfect score of 5/5 means a perfect movie.

Part of it is nonfiction. If you look at the back of a hundred dollar bill, you'll see the clock tower pointing to 2:22. Here's a mock-up:
Also, "Heere at the Wall" refers to Wall Street and Broadway, since D'Heere was Broadway's nickname by the original Dutch settlers.
The conspiracies are also half-true about the Founding Fathers. "Freemasons" is a fictional name referring to Warren G. Harding and the remaining candidates for the 1916 National Convention. Free-mason, when you break it down, "free" means to be freed, and mason means workers.
"Freemasons" really mean "workers working to be freed", not as a title. Now you know why I said it's not entirely fiction. That is what Jerry Buckheimer thought of to replace the phrase, Founding Fathers. Understand ?

It was cool, but I didn't like the story line that much. And what was with the lips on Snake Eyes suit? It looked like some S&M gear.

Funny some parts dragged a bit, but over all funny.
Last House on the Left 4/5
It was a good one some scenes pissed me off, one in particular, but liked how it finished. Very believable cause it's something I'd do in that situation.
