if you have something you want to add to the list you could just go on Wikipedia and do so.
As for what we consider to be ecchi and what not, it's really a fine line. I'd say that many anime have ecchi elements however I think that only if those elements become a focus then it'd be an ecchi anime.

Stratos 4 my younger brother as all the episodes so I will re-watch it but I don't remember them being any nudity or sexual stuff even if its light or erotic
