It seems that the uploaded Ergo Proxy's Episode 3 in Animeseed is in Spanish and has NO subtitles. (Didn't listen clear enough to determine which language)

Isn't this still a problem since pretty much not many people can watch it because the subtitles doesn't exist? Would it be possible to re-upload a more "appropriate" episode?
