1. Do you have the permission of AnimeSeed to use it's name?
2. How are you going to distribute this magazine?
3. When you're planning on posting the magazine online, what is it's use? People can just surf to animeseed and read Dith's reviews and the forum.
4. Find someone with skillzzz to make the cover.
And last point of critism: don't put your (nick)name on the cover, it will look like you had to write a paper about animeseed for school.....

Why wouldn't you criticise this? If JVELUX finds skilled people that are willing to help and if he changes the name (animeseed instead of anime seed sounds like a rip-off) he might pull it off. And every point of criticism is a point he can improve. Anime Seed probably started the same way... sort of.... probably not.... but still.....
