Who knows maybe she'll stop bugging me about the electricity bill once she sees just how wonderful animes really are. My dad is a bit different though since he enjoys watching DBZ and Naruto. No one else really knows I watch anime. But then again, I dont go out much........................... So my mom's ther and I'm watching anime.............and she gets totally annoyed. Course I also do the whole repeating dialogues thing cz I kno em all. And she goes If you know evrything already why keep watching it? And here's what she thinks of anime. [I explained to her the diffrence between anime and cartoons] [And i'm 24 yrs old] Quote: "Why are they devoid of facial expressions? And no Chinks[she meant Jap] have eyes that are THAT BIG!!!! Well i don't have a problem with people knowing or seeing my watch my anime, its just like them watching their Storys or a movie. Just a different kind of show, so they do know, and they don't mind it.

umm i highly dought my parents even know what anime is if u were to ask them if they wanted anime they would say "no thanks i just ate" on the other hand, most of my freinds love anime so i talk to them about kool shows and stuff some of my friends dont but thats kool, i cant say anyones ever made fun of me for it (save mabey my sis) |

i agree wholeheartedly with this statement i mean my dad cant stand anime and has an attitude every time i watch it but thats just a difference of opinion he has his i have mine i just wish he would give it half a chance other than the old shows like loony tunes he cant stand and those are ify for himhe tells me cartoons are for kids its funny really because if he did give it a chance i think he would like it too |
